No to the purchase of fighter jets! Wilpfers demonstrate outside Defense Minister Harjit Sajjin’s office.

On October 2nd, 2020, Ellen Woodsworth and other Wipfers demonstrated outside Defense Minister Harjit Sajjin’s office, as part of a Pan-Canadian Day of Action. Ellen read a letter to Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan in front of his (empty) constituency office in Vancouver Friday noon, protesting Canada’s federal government plans to purchase 88 fighter jets at a cost of $19 billion:
